Apartments Villa Maria Teresa
The Villa Maria Teresa residence has a long history, dating back to the late 19th century. Like many Elban houses, it was designed to accommodate multiple families. The villa also includes a small church, still consecrated, where family members used to gather for Sunday mass, a large cellar originally built to store barrels up to 6 meters tall, two groves of holm oaks and pines, a private garden with fruit trees still present today, and an olive grove located in front of the terrace. Immersed in nature, Villa Maria Teresa enjoys a stunning panoramic view of the Gulf of Portoferraio thanks to its elevated position. Some of Elba’s most beautiful beaches, such as Lacona, Lido di Capoliveri, and La Biodola, are just a few minutes’ drive away. The property consists of 4 apartments, all equipped with air conditioning and heating systems, induction kitchens, refrigerators, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. On the first floor are the Levante three-room apartment and the Maestrale two-room apartment, while on the ground floor are the Ponente and Scirocco two-room apartments. Guests have access to a communal laundry room with a washing machine and sink, free of charge, as well as private parking. The entire area is monitored by surveillance cameras to ensure maximum safety and peace of mind.
