Each apartment has an external equipped terrace with independent entrance and gate. At guests' disposal there is an exclusive parking space and a large garden. Pets are allowed on request. From the apartments it is possible to walk to Magazzini beach, where there are a bar/restaurant, a sailing school and diving center, and boat hire. Nearby, a few minutes by car, are the most beautiful beaches of the island, Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri, the golf course.
